Welcome to the official website for the Neucort Lakes Homeowners Association. Neucort Lakes is a neighborhood in Cortland, IL. Homeowners are members of an association created to care for the common interests of the residents. The association’s board are residents from the neighborhood who have volunteered to oversee the activities of the association and the management company contracted to handle daily operations.
The association is currently managed by Townsend Management.
Residents are encouraged to become involved in the community. There are lots of ways to communicate with each other online, through various Facebook groups and other means.
